Happy Thanksgiving from Alpine Beer Company

A Tribute to “The Good” Clint Eastwood
With all due respect to the former “blondie” Mayor of Carmel, California we are offering a trio of beers that may never be out gunned.
Happy Thanksgiving to all and to all a good, bad (boy) and ugly night.
Friday, after the turkey tryptophan has dissipated, come experience a once in a lifetime recognition at the Alpine Beer Company Pub.
Alpine Beer Company presents “Good,” an American Barleywine (portrayed by Clint), “Bad Boy,” a West Coast Double IPA (portrayed by Lee Van Cleef) and “Ugly” a Black IPA (portrayed by Eli Wallach). All three will be on tap at the pub as soon as we open. We’ll offer a flight, or 5 oz. of all three, for $8 as long as they last.
“Good” is the non-barrel aged version of “Great.” It weighs in at 14% abv and is a full bodied ale will dark fruit, currant, and fig flavors.
“Bad Boy” is our other Double IPA first made for the Strong Ale Festival a couple years back. It’s pretty hefty at 9.25% abv and is floral and hoppy.
“Ugly” is our newest creation and is also the newest recognized beer style. It’s a Black IPA at 7.5% abv. Black IPAs are obviously very dark in color with a mild roasty, chocolaty flavor behind a wave of awesome hops. We used hops like Millenium, Ahtanum and Citra in abundance.
The Brewery will be open normal hours on Friday for growler fills. Sorry, no growlers of “Good” will be available.
